Delete in the App (recommended)

Deletion takes effect immediately. You will be signed out and can no longer access the account.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

• Your account is immediately deactivated: you are signed out, all access is revoked, and your device push notification tokens are removed so you no longer receive notifications.
• Your profile is hidden from co-workers and store member lists.
• Your name and email address remain in your organization's administrative records (visible only to your organization's administrators) for business record-keeping and to allow your organization to restore the account if it was deleted by mistake.
• Business records created during your employment (e.g. completed task records, order history) may be retained by your organization as required for its operations.

Request Complete Removal

To request complete and permanent removal of your personal information (name and email address) beyond deactivation, or if you can no longer access the app, send a request from your registered email address to chenqiang19901202@gmail.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request". We will process the request within 7 business days.
